Amos Meltzer
Director

Mr Amos Meltzer, BA Agr. Sc. (Hons), LLB, Post. Grad. Dip. Int. Prop, is a technology commercialisation specialist with approximately 20 years experience in a diverse range of life science and other businesses. He has advised companies from inception to market, including on intellectual property strategies, licensing and collaborative arrangements and preparing for financing. Amos' extensive experience in the life sciences spans a large range of agreements across many different life sciences products and technologies, with both start-ups and global industry leaders, such as AstraZeneca, Bayer, CSL, Johnson & Johnson, Novartis and Teva, involving complex scientific, commercial and legal issues. Representative technologies include protein therapeutics including antibodies, small molecules, immunoassay and nucleic acid based diagnostics, life science reagents and kits and discovery platform technologies and medical devices. Amos served in legal and other roles in publicly traded companies. Amos currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development of Immuron Limited (ASX:IMC) and as principal to BioMeltzer Pty Ltd. For over 5 years, he served as General Counsel to Compugen Ltd (Nasdaq:CGEN), a biotechnology company engaged in the discovery and development of therapeutic and diagnostic product candidates. For three years he served as a non-executive board member for Evogene Ltd (Tase: EVGN) and for 4 years as counsel at Gilat Satellite Networks (Nasdaq:GILT), a global satellite-based communications company.

Keith founded Liquitab Systems in 2006. He is English born and qualified as a health professional in Psychiatric Facilities before migrating to Australia. He has worked in the aged care industry in a professional capacity and specialisedin aged care facilities. He was directly involved in the development, operation and ownership of aged care facilities. Keith has been the driving force behind the Liquitab Technology and brings to Liquitab Systems his extensive experience in the healthcare industry. He has over a decade of experience in the areas of intellectual property and key aspects of technology commercialisation.

Darren Scotti
Director / Chief Financial Officer

Darren holds a degree in Accounting and is a CPA member with over 20 years experience both in Australia and overseas. Specialising in business expansion, financial modeling and negotiating, Darren has honed his skills in a wide range of industries and diverse businesses from large multi-nationals to small to medium owner-operator concerns. Darren's experience includes the role of CFO with Michelin Australia and The Heat Group (a combined 10 years), an insolvency specialist with Coopers and Lybrand and an investment review role with 3i, the UK's largest venture capitalist. Darren was awarded a Dean's Award for Academic Excellence for his Bachelor of Business - Accounting. Darren has also been a Tertiary and Secondary student mentor for The Smith Family for the past three years.
