Bob Atwill
CEO

Mr Atwill is an experienced commercially focussed corporate executive who has been working with BioGrid Ltd as interim CEO, Mesoblast as a strategy and commercialisation consultant and Biocomm2 a strategic and business development consultancy based in Melbourne.

Mr Atwill was the CEO & MD of Clinical Cell Culture, an ASX Listed company (now Avita Medical) before joining Biocomm2. Previously he was sales and marketing director of LSE-listed orthopaedics company Corin Group Plc where he helped expand the business through organic growth, strategic partnerships and acquisition. Mr Atwill was also a European Managing Director at the US long-term care provider Sun Healthcare Group Inc. Where he gained experience with multibillion dollar turnover, global manufacturing & distribution organisations servicing the long-term care, hospital, pharmacy and homecare sectors. He has broad international commercialisation experience working with pharma, biotech, biomedical device, diagnostic and healthcare service companies. Bob brings strong general management and commercial competencies to Liquitab Systems.

British-born Mr Atwill has also worked in senior executive roles at GlaxoSmithKline and Sanofi Aventis. He has been in Australia since September 2005 and has consulted to listed and private technology, biotech and biopharmaceutical companies on strategy, capital raisings, licensing, business development and commercialisation.

He has a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Bristol and an MBA from Ashridge Management College in the UK, one of the world's leading business schools. He has also participated in Executive/President programs in the United States at Yale and UCLA.

Bob was appointed CEO of the company on 1st September 2011.

Darren Scotti

Darren holds a degree in Accounting and is a CPA member with over 20 years experience both in Australia and overseas. Specialising in business expansion, financial modeling and negotiating, Darren has honed his skills in a wide range of industries and diverse businesses from large multi-nationals to small to medium owner-operator concerns. Darren's experience includes the role of CFO with Michelin Australia and The Heat Group (a combined 10 years), an insolvency specialist with Coopers and Lybrand and an investment review role with 3i, the UK's largest venture capitalist. Darren was awarded a Dean's Award for Academic Excellence for his Bachelor of Business - Accounting. Darren has also been a Tertiary and Secondary student mentor for The Smith Family for the past three years.
